1918 Eighth
Avenue
1918 Eighth Avenue is a 36-story office tower located in downtown Seattle, WA. The building was constructed in 2009 and was LEED BD+C: Core & Shell certified at the Gold level in 2010. In December 2018, the property achieved LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings certification at the Platinum level.
02 Case Study
The
Village
Initially developed over 50 years ago, The Village is a 17–community apartment complex in Dallas, Texas. Covering approximately 307 acres and comprised of 517 buildings totaling over 5.8 million square feet, over 10,000 Dallas residents call The Village home. LORD Green has been working with The Village to facilitate their sustainability program since 2011.
