After many years in the real estate industry, she and the entire team now use their expertise to guide investors in creating sustainable strategies in the built environment.
LORD Green is a LEED Proven Provider, helping properties LEED certify over 30 million square feet of real estate and over 60 million including other Green building rating systems.
We are proud to be a GRESB Premier Partner, and part of the GRESB Data Quality Standard Technical Working Group. We’ve grown from submitting a couple of funds to now submitting over 30 funds a year, impacting thousands of properties across the globe. We’ve had multiple clients that were reporting to GRESB, that were in the bottom first or second quartile of their GRESB Peer Group. We were able to take them to number one, within one year.
