Since 2011, LORD Green has been involved in the submission of about 200 U.S. and International funds and REITS to GRESB (the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) on behalf of our clients. Working in close collaboration with GRESB staff as well as industry organizations, LORD Green is advancing ESG within real estate. Mychele Lord is a founding member of the GRESB Benchmark Committee and both Mychele and Tema Goodspeed serve on all the GRESB Industry Working Groups for Assessment development.

LORD Green Strategies works with its clients to complete all or part of the GRESB Assessment. Analyzing performance year to year, setting goals, evaluating Performance Indicators quarterly, and working with property teams to translate the questions into real estate nomenclature, LORD Green has unmatched experience in completing the GRESB Assessment.

LEED O+M: EXISTING BUILDINGS CONSULTING

LORD Green has more than 60 million square feet of LEED® for Building Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings experience and has completed all projects on schedule and on or under budget.

We provide LEED Assessments or Gap Analyses, project management, and documentation services for buildings seeking LEED for Existing Buildings certification. Our consulting services support LEED implementation for individual buildings, campuses and portfolios of buildings.

BREEAM IN-USE FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS (EB) CONSULTING

BREEAM USA recently introduced BREEAM In-Use to offer a certification process to all existing commercial buildings in the U.S. The BREEAM In-Use program is a three-part assessment: the environmental performance, management and operations, and the management of building tenants and their activities and services within the building. As a Licensed Assessor Company with three BREAAM USA In-Use Assessors on staff, we are excited to bring some of the first buildings in the U.S. through the BREEAM In-Use certification process.
